Four trades only. These are the repairs rentals need most, and we stick to what we know. Every licensed job goes to a licensed WA tradie.
Plumbing repairs
Leaking taps, blocked drains, running toilets, hot water units, burst pipes.
Electrical repairs
Power points, lights, switchboards, safety switches, smoke alarms.
Painting and touch-ups
Marks and scuffs between tenants, patch and paint, doors, trims, whole rooms.
Bathroom, grout and ceilings
Regrouting, silicone, mould, loose tiles, water stained ceilings, cornice repairs.
Investment enhancement
This one sits apart from the repairs. It is for when a place needs more than a fix.
Interior design
Colours and finishes, kitchens and bathrooms, whole rooms. 3D drawings first, so you see it before you spend. For your own home, or an investment you want to lift before it goes back on the market.
Investor plan
This one is for before you buy. We do not do these jobs ourselves. We line up the right people and stay with you while they do it.
Pre-purchase structural and termite report
Before you sign, know what you are buying. A licensed inspector goes through the place, and we sit with you after and explain what the report really means in plain words.
Mortgage broker
We work alongside a broker who deals with investors every day, not just first home buyers. We can introduce you. You deal with them direct, and you are never locked in.
Depreciation report, discounted
A quantity surveyor report, so your accountant can claim everything you are owed. We arrange it with the surveyor we use and you get our rate, not the walk-in price.
How the money side works
Repairs are quoted before anything starts, and the invoice matches the quote. No agent markup sitting on top of it.
The investor plan jobs are done by other licensed people. We tell you who they are and what they charge before you agree to anything.
