About us
We are a small family business in Perth. My wife and I run it, and we answer the phone ourselves.
We started this because we kept hearing the same story from owners. The repair bill turned up, it was more than it should have been, and nobody could really explain why.
So our goal is a plain one. Keep the maintenance cost on a rental fair, so owning one still makes sense at the end of the year.
The way we do it is simple. We come and look at the problem ourselves. We work out what the job really needs. Then we send a licensed tradie we trust, at a price you saw before anyone started.
No agent markup sitting on top. No work you did not need. Nothing on the invoice you have not already seen.
Our tradies
We do not pull strangers off a job board.
Our tradies are close friends of ours. We have known them for years, long before this business started. That matters, because when I ring them about your property they treat it like a favour for a mate, not another ticket in the queue.
They are licensed, they work for well known building companies here in Perth, and they are the ones other tradies point you to. You will find them referred on the trade sites.
Between them they have done more than a hundred jobs for us, and every one came back with a five star rating.
That is why we are happy to put our own name on their work.
Shima, our interior designer
Shima is my wife, and she looks after the design side of the business.
She has twenty years in design behind her. She works as an interior designer for a high end builder here in Perth, and over that time she has built a good name in the building industry.
So if you need more than a repair, she can take the whole design job on. Your own home, or an investment you want to lift before it goes back on the market.
She sits down with you, listens to what you want, and works out what suits the place and the budget. No pushing you towards the expensive option. She has seen enough homes to know what works and what does not.
